Just wanted to reach out to everyone and wish you all a very happy holiday season! Take the time to reflect on what really matters in life, and that is friends, family, and the relationships we've built.
I hope everyone has a joyous holiday season whatever they may celebrate, and that 2010 is a prosperous and wonderful year for all!
Happy New Year to everyone.
I'll be starting off 2010 in Boston to watch the Flyers take on the Boston Bruins at Fenway Park in the 3rd annual winter classic! Cant wait! Everyone have a safe and happy new year!
Beginning in early 2010 there is a new good faith going to be released to consumers. While it seems at first glance to be more confusing to borrowers, it will likely be an easy transition as we have always shown everything up front to the best of our ability, but it might take some time to get used to explaning things that are really non-issues.
Yet another example of the government stepping in and passing legislation that makes them appear to be doing something, but really wasting their time, taxpayer money, and making the homebuying/refinancing process more confusing for borrowers.
While I am completely for disclosure to my clients and want everyone to be 100% comfortable and knowledgeable about their loan, it shouldn't take a multiple page good faith estimate on top of every other form we have to have someone be in the know.
