One of the greatest parts of dealing with a lender that offers the ability to broker is that I don't have to offer just one set of mortgage products. Conventional Loans
Our conventional loans are known for outstanding rates and flexible options. We have fixed rate products ranging from 10-40 years, and 3/1, 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1 ARM loans, all at extremely low rates. These loans also have interest-only options for those borrowers looking for a short term loan and maximum cash flow. Up to 95% LTV available with either borrower paid or lender paid mortgage insurance options.
FHA
Our FHA loans are industry leading and have a wide variety of features, most notably the ability to offer loans for borrowers with a FICO all the way down to 580. Our rates are second to none, and we also carry a wide variety of fixed rate and ARM options.
VA
One of the only true 100% financing programs left standing, our VA loans offer exceptional pricing and a knowledge of the program. Fixed rates and ARM's available, underwritten per VA guidelines with no investor overlays. A great option for the veteran home owner or buyer.
USDA
The only other true 100% program, offered throughout non-urban communities with sellers assistance available and incredible rates close to conventional pricing. This program is only available when the US government has available funds, and has both income and location restrictions.
Jumbo/Luxury loans
The lowest ARM rates in the industry for Jumbo mortgages, as well as extremely competitive fixed rate pricing on loan amounts up to $3 million (90% financing only available to $900,000). Great options for move up home buyers or folks looking for large balance financing or refinancing.
2nd Mortgages
Available in both HELOC's (Home Equity Line Of Credit) and Fixed rate 2nds with terms up to 25 years and rates as low as prime + .75. 2nd mortgages available to 90% CLTV with a 650 FICO score. Can't be beat! Won't be beat! A truly great option for the homebuyer with 10% down that wants to avoid mortgage insurance. A great FHA alternative.
